The Problem

A generation of men without elders

We are living in an era where masculinity is fragile, unclear and lacks support.

Men often don't have access to positive male role models to guide them. Many have grown up with little to no support from true elders — the men who would once initiate and guide a boy into adulthood and fatherhood.

As a result, many follow harmful, disordered examples of what it means to be masculine — and struggle to understand themselves and their relationships with women.

The ramifications are endless: violence, suicide, substance abuse, sexual assault, and the ongoing harm to women and children.

My question to you, brother — who in your family line is going to change the story?

Great men play a foundational role in building strong communities and healthy relationships. When men embrace integrity, empathy and responsibility, they become pillars of support — for their families and for society at large.

Great men lead not through dominance or force, but through their actions and example.
